well, it's sold. our first home as a family. we are packing up and moving to our rental this saturday. it's bittersweet, i'm going to miss certain things about this home but i am so excited to move on and see what God has in store for us.

patrick and i have felt for quite some time that the Lord has wanted us to live below our means so that we are able to give more and save more.

we have a contract on a great house but we won't be able to move into it for several months, so we get to move twice, with two kiddos, and the texas heat. buying and selling old homes takes so much more time than newer ones, we actually sold our home the first part of march, and close may 5th. we hope to close on our new one the first part of june, but since our rental is available we decided to move now so that we can take our time.

i will keep posting about the crazy times to come

this is saturday morning at the wonderly house in okc, after a restless night sleep in a full size bed with a 6 month old taking up half of it.

look at elijah's hand holding his daddy's face, wow.

patrick went parasailing, i had a blast in the boat documenting the whole thing

we went to the mayan ruins in chichen itza- amazing

we find all of the cruise photo ops to be a bit cheesy, so we just have fun with it!

we took a picture of our picture, because who in their right mind would pay $11.99 for this

the craziest part of the whole vacation was on the last morning the port of galveston decided to close to all incoming and outgoing ships due to heavy fog. we had to stay on the ship 32 hours longer than planned, it was good and bad all at once. while i was ready to see my babies, i got one more night of uninterrupted sleep.

elijah is beginning to play more imaginatively, his newest is superhero play. he runs as fast as he can yelling superhero and pretending to fly. i love it!!!!!

i think valentine's day is elijah's new favorite holiday. friday morning we went to chuck e cheese for a party with all of his friends, he had a blast. since then he will not let his bag of valentine's out of his sight. he looks through it with so much excitement, and is still delivering them to me "here mommy, happy valentine's"

after his party juju and pops came over to deliver more valentine's, wow!
