happy valentine's day!

i think valentine's day is elijah's new favorite holiday. friday morning we went to chuck e cheese for a party with all of his friends, he had a blast. since then he will not let his bag of valentine's out of his sight. he looks through it with so much excitement, and is still delivering them to me "here mommy, happy valentine's"

after his party juju and pops came over to deliver more valentine's, wow!

we have an eater

i had finally had it with iris' inability to sleep through the night, so just a couple of weeks shy of her 5 th month i fed her rice cereal. it works, fill her belly with rice, bathe, nurse, sleep!

family day

saturday we went to patrick's favorite restaurant (berryhill) and then spent some time at the bull creek waterfall, it was such a lovely day. i love my family!

oh, and by the way, these hipstamatic prints are from MY new iphone, not patrick's!!!

yes, my friends patrick broke down and bought me one. the only stipulation is i have to keep an otterbox case on it, it's bulky but without it the poor phone is not safe in my hands.
