we absolutely love halloween, and can't resist family costume coordinating. it's completely ridiculous but makes for silly memories!

patrick surprised elijah with a new lightning mcqueen water pail and a cute little flower kit, needless to say he was excited.
this was over a week ago and no signs of any growth yet, you don't think our clearance aisle seeds were bad do ya?
major progress
i haven't been blogging because patrick and i have seriously been working day and night on the house, things are really moving along. here's an update on the kitchen/ living/ dining area.
both of these walls are out now, they separated the kitchen and dining room from the living room
we took down a major support wall, so we decided to support it with a steal beam for a more interesting modern/ industrial look. we now have new primed drywall and recessed lighting.
now it's completely open. patrick is currently working on getting all of the floors in and i am painting my heart out.
the space in the back will soon be a bright white kitchen
