E took his first steps on Thanksgiving day, but with a little bit of practice was really moving his legs on 12/21, he has not slowed down since.

Patrick had MLK day off so we went to Austin to enjoy some time together as a family

We started at Berryhill, one of Patrick's favorite restaurants, then on to Zilker Park to play on the playground and ride the Zilker Zephyr. We ended our day with some Amy's ice cream.

Perfect.

Ashley planned the most fabulous red carpet event I have ever attended (because I attend many)

Patrick and I arrived in a beautiful 1970 white Cadillac with the top down. I was escorted out by a handsome doorman (my Daddy) and pranced down the red carpet to the smiles of my wonderful friends.

As everyone arrived they each paused for a paparazzi pic

Before we went in to get the party started we all smiled together

So many yummy deserts!!

My amazing sissy, she could go into the party planning business.

of course there was karaoke

And, dancing.

Yes, Patrick and Nick were having a running man competition.
